The rise of non-standard valve assemblies meets the differentiated equipment needs of various industries.

Unlike general-purpose valves, non-standard valve assemblies are integrated with the actual operating conditions of the equipment, combining valve blocks and various control valves into a complete control unit.

Different industries place different emphasis on valve assemblies. Valve assemblies for construction machinery prioritize a compact structure capable of withstanding bumpy and dusty worksite conditions; stretching machine valve assemblies focus on enhanced sealing and pressure differential resistance, suitable for forging presses, marine hydraulics, and blow molding machines; hydraulic valve assemblies aim to balance control accuracy and ease of maintenance, serving water supply, irrigation, and sewage treatment equipment; press brake valve assemblies emphasize synchronized control and pressure output to ensure sheet metal processing precision; mobile crusher valve assemblies seek structural flexibility to meet the flow control requirements of material handling equipment.

Developing customized valve assemblies requires a thorough review of the equipment’s pressure, flow, and operational logic, rationally matching directional valves, cartridge valves, pressure valves, and other components, completing the valve block hydraulic design, followed by assembly and commissioning to achieve the equipment’s preset actions. Customization does not mean arbitrary design; it must still follow fundamental hydraulic principles while considering reliability and maintenance convenience.

Currently, the application boundaries of non-standard valve assemblies are continuously expanding, extending from traditional construction machinery to new energy and marine fields, providing hydraulic control solutions tailored to the operating conditions of specialized machinery.
