The R and RC series valves are pressure-operated sliding valves that can be used to achieve various circuit functions. Depending on their assembly structure, these functions include relief valves, sequence valves, and balance valves.
Back Pressure Valve – Type 1
Internal leakage with internal control. When the secondary oil port is directly connected to the tank, it is used to generate back pressure or for overload protection in low-pressure circuits below 35 bar. When equipped with an internal check valve, it can serve as a balance valve or brake valve.
Sequence Valve – Type 2
External leakage with internal control. Used to maintain a minimum pressure at the primary port for pressure-holding operations, while allowing pressure to build downstream at the secondary port outlet.
Sequence Valve – Type 3
External leakage with external control. It functions the same as Type 2 but is remotely operated, allowing sequential control independent of the primary pressure.
Unloading Valve – Type 4
Internal leakage with external control. The secondary oil port must be directly connected to the tank; applying external pressure fully opens the valve, independent of the primary pressure. When equipped with an internal check valve, it can function as a remotely operated balance valve or brake valve.
Internal Check Valve – RC Type
Allows free reverse flow.
Auxiliary External Control – P Feature
Only available for certain pressure ranges of R (C) G and R (C) T types in ranges A, B, D, and F. It provides low-pressure remote control via the auxiliary port.
Normally Open Type – R (C)*O Series
Operates by using pilot pressure to close the valve. It is used in special balance circuits or pressure relief circuits.
