The hydraulic station of the wind turbine only requires high-speed shaft braking in emergency situations or when maintenance is needed, so its usage frequency is low. Under this condition, we have designed an extremely simple manual hydraulic station, which provides hydraulic pressure through a manually operated pump. Compared to a hydraulic station equipped with a motor-pump unit, this design is simpler in principle, uses fewer components, offers higher reliability, and is more cost-effective.
