Shanghai Yanshung Hydraulic is a national‑level high‑tech and specialized enterprise located in Songjiang, Shanghai. We manufacture hydraulic components, custom valve manifolds, integrated hydraulic systems and non‑standard hydraulic cylinders. We are also an authorized distributor of Danfoss (Vickers).Drawing on 20‑year expertise in fluid power, we deliver end‑to‑end hydraulic solutions for wind power, metallurgy, offshore engineering and industrial automation sectors.

Founder Ms. Zhu Wenying has more than 20 years of wind‑power industry experience. Her vision is to break the foreign monopoly on high‑end hydraulic products. Our Technical Director, Mr. You Jizhi, holds 25 patents. He has solved core hydraulic technical bottlenecks and developed specialized equipment for a wide variety of industries.

Precision Machining
Process of Valve Block

Fitted with five‑axis machining centers, we optimize oil passages using flow simulation and professional deep‑hole deburring. Valve blocks are treated with phosphating & blackening for corrosion resistance, guaranteeing zero leakage at 31.5 MPa pressure testing.

Component Assembly
and Inspection Process

The workshop uses constant‑temperature dust‑free assembly to achieve micron‑precision spool matching. All solenoid and integrated valves are fully factory‑tested for pressure resistance, response speed, internal leakage and fatigue cycles, simulating actual working conditions.

Complete System
Assembly Process

Modular hydraulic power units use seamless steel pipes, argon‑arc welding and leak‑proof ferrule fittings. After full debugging of electro‑hydraulic linkage and PLC programs, every unit goes through a 48‑hour full‑load test before shipment.

Customized Flexible Production
Standard parts are mass-produced on automated assembly lines, while custom valve groups and large hydraulic systems are supported by dedicated production workflows. We flexibly accommodate both bulk supply orders and small-batch custom requests.

History

Founding and Early Development Period (2010-2015)

Founder Zhu Wenying launched her business in Jinshan, Shanghai, selling standard hydraulic valve components. She secured upstream cooperation with imported brands and set up a 3‑person technical service team. Through in‑depth development of machine‑tool and small‑automation clients in the Yangtze River Delta, she completed the company’s initial market accumulation.

Period of Technological Transformation
(2016-2020)

Following relocation to a standard production plant in Songjiang, the company upgraded its production capabilities with CNC machining equipment and started independent R&D on valve blocks and integrated valve groups. We founded a dedicated R&D team, secured our first utility model patents, and successfully transitioned from a pure trader to a professional manufacturer. With a workforce expanded to 30 staff members, the company exceeded an annual output value of 20 million yuan.

High-Growth Period
(2021-2024)

We expanded our standardized production workshop and optimized full-scale hydraulic system production lines. The enterprise was honored with Shanghai Specialized and Innovative SME status and attained National High-Tech Enterprise certification in 2024. Holding authorized distribution rights for Danfoss and Swagelok China, we now deliver batch hydraulic product solutions for top-tier wind turbine manufacturers. Currently, our team consists of 50 professionals, with a production facility spanning more than 3,000㎡.
